Triple Crown Watch & Clock Repair

I'm a regular customer, and the last time I went there I had a problem. I had a water resistant heart rate watch that I took to them to get a new battery (as I've done before). When I got it back I went swimming and now my watch is dead. When I looked at it, I noticed the back wasn't sealed completely. I took it to the store, and the owner continuously said that it could of been this or that. He wouldn't take responsibility for the mess up, he wouldn't work on it, fix it or offer to replace it.

Theses peoples are CROOKS! Do not go here! I took my watch in for a repair, I was told that my watch needed extensive repair, that would require "tedious" hours of labor, I was told it would take a week. Two days later I was called and told my watch was ready. I left the building and checked the repair, the watch fell apart in my hands! When I returned to the store the owner of the store looked at the watch repair man and said, come on man, this guy just left here, you said his watch was fixed! The repairman returned with my fixed watch in five minutes. When I asked how a repair that was so "tedious" could be completed in five minutes the owner didn't know what the guy could have done this time that was so quick. I called them crooks and was not compensated for my "extensive" 5 minute repair. I gave it 1 star because Yellow Pages made me rate it, I would have selected negative stars if possible.
