I absolutely love the engagement ring my fiancé got me from here. I'm sure everyone feels this way about their own ring but it couldn't be anymore perfect. I was able to take it in to get resized twice and also went in for several cleanings. Each time I've gone in everything goes so smoothly and I couldn't ask for a better customer experience for such an important purchase.

BIrm Jewelry recently did a fabulous job for me. I bought one new ring which Gregory helped immensely with in terms of making it just right for me; I had several rings which I wasn't wearing any more sized and now I am wearing them all the time......what a waste they were sitting in my jewelry box for years! Beautiful pieces now with new life. Most importantly Gregory cleaned, polished, and reformed the setting on my wedding and engagement rings. I was hesitant to leave them at first but I had them back in a couple days and they were beyond beautiful. More stunning than when I first got them 12 years ago. Also got an appraisal and was floored to see how the value of quality diamonds has increased over the years. The time I spent witch BJ was not only educational but pleasant and fun. What a great place!
