We are a full season motel that offers beautiful lakeside property on a 585 acre lake. You can enjoy a beautiful view of Pontiac State park, Motel front facing east/west hwy M59 and rear facing the lake. Swimming, boating, fishing and snowmobiling is available seasonally. We have 20 clean comfortable rooms with cable t.v. Our cabins are finished in knotty pine, we offer summer canoe rental available next door at Waltz Point Marine. There are several key attractions located near our facility. Alpine Ski Resort-2 miles WestHome Depot, Lowes, Wal-mart, Applebee's- 1 mile WestJC Penny and Kohl's 2 miles WestMajor fast food chains within 2 mile radius Oakland county Airport- 1 mile East

Absolutely terrible. Manager told me one price over the phone then upcharged once I got there. No hot water for 9 days- paid for two weeks but was forced to leave because the bed bug infestation was so out of control. Bob (manager) refused to refund any of my money and I had to throw away all my blankets, pillows, clothes, a full frig of groceries. Had the nerve to suggest I brought the bugs in myself even though there are dozens of online reviews complaining about bed bugs and goes back four years. Now sleeping in my car.
