Dr.Brian donlon is one of the BEST dentists I have ever been to!

After a nasty bike accident that left 3 of my front teeth really chipped, I rushed over to Dr. Brian donlon. I called first thing the next day, and they saw me within an hour of my call.Dr. Brian donlon was very kind and patient with my very painful condition. He talked me through the x-rays and all of the procedures I would have to get done over the next few weeks. A few days later when I woke up in extreme pain after apparently grinding my teeth in the middle of the night, Dr. Brian donlon saw me within the hour to make a mold for a mouth guard. He then also moved some appointments around to get me in for a fitting the very next day (a Saturday!). He has also been very helpful in helping me manage all the costs.I highly highly recommend Dr. Brian donlon and his office. It is very rare to find a doctor (even more so a dentist) so flexible and absolutely interested in truly helping you out, while still being friendly.

I cannot express my happiness about finding this place. I went here and my dentist ( Dr. Brian donlon) was able to fix a problem I had for two years in under 30 minutes. I went home for the first time in two years not in pain. The place is very easy to get to and one can walk to several shops and restaurants in the area.

I am a TV Anchor and have been going to the Dr. Brian donlon Clinic for a few years now. I cannot understate how professional, courteous, and skilled he and the entire staff are. 5 stars all the way around.

I just went to this office for an emergency. I was treated with care and respect for my situation, and the staff was very helpful and willing to work with me. They seemed genuinely concerned about my health and comfort. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Donlon for any future dental work, and I highly recommend him to anyone in search of a quality dentist.

I called to see if I could get an appointment quickly because I chipped a back tooth and don't have dental insurance. Not only did they fit me in the next day, the staff are all incredibly friendly. They even sent me a quick email the next day to make sure my tooth was doing well and I had a good vsit. Overeall, the visit was quick and Dr. Brian donlon was very helpful and down to earth. Would recommend to anyone needing a dentist!

Please do not go to this dentist. The office people are rude. They charge me for pulling out two wisdom teeth when they actually only did one. I've been waiting for over two months now and still have yet to receive my refund. I've left 3 messages for Dr. Donlon and he has not return any of my calls. Hattie who works in the front desk is very rude as well as the office manager Audrey.

Dr Donlon is a very nice dentist. His office staff are what lowered my rating. They are rude, pushy and talk to you like you are interrupting their conversation. They kept scheduling appointments far out into the furture that we could not keep and would not take no for answer. They seemed more like used cars sales men than receptionis. I know I was not over reacting because my husband came home and commented as well. He is very layed back. We tried staying there but after a year and feeling pushed around and bullied, we had to find a new dentist!!! I refuse to spend hundreds of dollars and leave an office feeling violated. Sorry Dr. Donlon. When you get ride of the horrible receptionists we will come back.

Horrible experience with this dentist. They charge at least twice as much for each service as the average family dentist. The office staff is rude, and the dentist is not gentle to say the least

I would like to extend a sincere Thank You to all of you. My new smile says it all!! I

can’t tell you how pleased I am! Dr. Donlon, you did an awesome job. It is so nice to be

able to talk and smile (big) with complete confidence! I’ve received many compliments

already, and when people ask me where I went, I tell them I went for four consultations

before making my decision, and I tell them you’re the man to see!

A special thank you, to you and your assistant for being so patient with me in the chair. I

know I do not handle mouth pain and sensitivity very well, and you both did a great job

with me. Dr. Donlon’s assistant did a fantastic job with the temporaries, even though I

couldn’t wait to get those things out! You’re very good at your job.

Also, to Hattie, Courtney, and all the others at the front desk, (I apologize for not

remembering all your names) thank you to all of you, especially for easing my mind on

first day in the office. It was a very hard decision for me to make when I first came there,

but when everyone showed me their own work they had done, that was it; I knew I was in

the right place.

Dr. Donlon you have a very strong and professional staff, you should be very proud of

each and every one of them!

I have been going here for years, always had great service Not sure about the issue in the other review, but I have had alot of work at Dr. Donlons and I have never been over charged, or had any issues with payment or billing in the 15 years I have been going there. Don't see how a $2.00 charge can turn into a $200 charge, seems pretty far fetched.



Anyways, I would reccomend him highly, and will not trust anyone else with my teeth but Dr. Donlon and his team. I guess you can't satisfy everyone. Don't let that bad review detour you, their great people that do great work.

Stay away from this office because the staff are thieves. They will overcharge patients $2.00 and the next thing you know you everpaid over $200.00. The staff won't allow you to speak to Dr. Donlon and that they will try to hide what they have done, will lie to you, give you excuses and in the end try to collect money from you. They claim that they are not to file a claim once you used your coverage, that is a big LIE! They are, by insurance contract, required to file those charges so that you are protected from being overcharge, and if they do not they breech the contract. Hattie, Joanne, Gurdana, Melanie, Mirriam are the ones you stay away from because they are the ones stealing from you. And I hope Dr. Brian Donlon, D.D.S. will step up and correct what needs to be fixed in his office. It his is practice that his staff is putting on jeopardy.
