Great Guys!! I needed some advice on flooring so I called The Carpet Guys for an in home consultation so that I can actually see the samples in my home and not in the store. Joe was very polite and informative. He did not try to oversell me nor did he pressure me to make quick decisions. He walked me through my options and was patient with all my questions. I was impressed. Since I was getting furniture delivered the next day he even was able to squeeze me in for next day installation. When the installer came he was also polite, professional and proficient. Overall experience was Great! Thanks Guys!! I'll be sure to recommend you to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience. We recently finished our basement and got multiple quotes from different flooring companies in the area. Prices ranged from $1,500 to $4000 to put new carpet in our basement. The Carpet Guys came very highly recommended and we decided to move forward with them. The price was fair but the service was incredible. They did it all. Literally. The moved all of our junk out of the way including our pool table. They leveled out an area of the floor so the new carpet would look good once it was installed. They even made our ratty looking stairway look clean cut and classy. the new carpet looks great and I can not stop bragging about how well I was treated from the initial phone call, to the sales process, and then to final carpet installation. Each member of The Carpet Guys treated our family like gold at each step of the way. great work. All companies should be like The Carpet Guys.

The carpet guys were awesome! We had our hardwood floors refinished and a whole house carpeted by them. The entire experience was top notch. The hardwood floors have never looked as good as they do now. It looks like we removed our old floors and installed laminate. Perfect finish and color.the carpet is amazing how plush and high quality. It transformed our home completely! The installers were so kind and patient and did a flawless job. Joe, our sales rep was a pleasure to work with. Honest, patient, no pressure, and so down to earth and friendly! A++

My husband and I called the Carpet Guys after getting 3 other quotes. They had the best price and Shawn offered great service during the appointment. An issue arose after installation, and Joe handled it promptly and courteously. He was at my house at 9:30 on a Sunday night working on a solution. The flooring looks great and we appreciate the great customer service. We would use them again.

These guys are great!! I recently needed carpet for my home office, and a friend suggested I give them a call. I didn't really feel like going to a big store to look at samples, but I was concerned that being a small room they wouldn't make time for me. My concerns were laid to rest when they offered to send some one out the very next day, and before the weekend I had beautiful new carpet!! The office people were friendly, the salesman was friendly, and the installers were FAST!

I am a recently divorced single female who just moved to the Detroit Area from Denver. I bought a new home in Sterling Heights and needed some new carpeting. I first called Empire today and had an awful experience. The person from Empire was rude and high pressure and his prices were almost double what most of my other quotes were. I had Sears come out and give me a quote and my experience was very similar to the Empire Carpet experience.

After having two bad experiences with the big named companies, I started doing my homework online and searching reviews of a lot of the local companies. When I came across the Macomb Carpet Guys, I was impressed by the reviews but skeptical at the same time due to my experience with the other two companies.

When Shawn, from The Carpet Guys came to my house, he arrived within his 30 minute time window, was dressed neatly, had a large variety of samples for me to look at, gave me a good price quote, and did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable in any way unlike Sears and Empire Carpets. I took his card and had one more company come out the next day.

The 4th company had the lowest price, but I didn't feel completely comfortable with the guy so I took his quote and asked him to leave my home. I felt overall the most comfortable with my 3rd quote which was from The Macomb Carpet Guys.

I am so happy that I went with The Carpet Guys. My purchase experience was fun and comfortable, my installation experience went smooth and everything went great.

My new carpet is fantastic! I love it. I will be having The Carpet Guys Macomb back out to my home in the next couple months to install carpet in my bedrooms and finished basement as well. My experience with the Carpet Guys was great from start to finish and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Carpet Guys to anyone looking for new carpet in Sterling Heights of Macomb Michigan.
