Do not work here! I worked here for almost a year and had a terrible experience. Turnover is very high for a reason, and that reason is the manager, Michele! The franchise owner has been made aware of Michele dozens of times and does not care. Do not work here! Do yourself a favor and find a better salon to work at.

Manager Michelle was rude and condescending. Took my daughter in to have a knot removed and she kept making comments about how my daughter's "project" was taking too long and making other customers wait. Totally humiliated my daughter. We won't go back there again.
