        Overall

        Now Great Clips unfair Online Check-in policy tried to take advantage of my 87 year old mother. She checked-in in person and waited her turn only to have people that arrived after her get service first.



        This new Online Check-in is extremely unjust and not well thought out. Many people like the poor and the elderly simply don't access to the internet and it's these people, among others, that Great Clips have decided to discriminate against. The Great Clips privileged service policy is reminiscent of some ugly parts of America's history such as being served last at a restaurant, being forced to ride in the back of the bus or having to give up your seats to the "privileged". It really is shameful.
