Timothy helped my fiancee find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band he was looking for, while staying on budget and exceeding expectations. I'm very happy with my Diamond Vault experience. The customer service was excellent. Tim and Randy were very friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. The atmosphere was comfortable but not stuffy. They gave me a better price than other jewelers I visited. Also, they have beautiful jewelry. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Diamond Vault Of Troy is truly a 'diamond in the rough.' After sifting endlessly through the spurious sales tactics of the unscrupulous Manhattan jewelers, I took my buisness westward. Although the thought of a long distance buisness transaction initially made me feel unsettled, my discomfort was swiftly put to rest. Throughout the entire process of selecting a ring, I found Randy's level of professionalism to be exceptional, and his knowledge astounding. I cannot thank Diamond Vault enough, and I will continue to use them in the future, and refer them often. Keep it up DVOT!

Back in September/October I already had a wedding ring that I was going to give to my fiancee. I called The Diamond Vault of Troy after a recommendation from a friend. I brought in a picture of the ring that I already purchased and they made a custom one from it to match with a better quality/larger of a diamond for less price. I also went to several other places before buying the original ring and each place (including where I bought the first ring) it was very annoying when they keep pestering you to make a down payment after the fact that you let them know you are looking around and getting quotes, that does not happen here. Randall and Timothy thanks for everything! As you know I still have jewelry to be fixed from when I talked to you last time, but I am always running behind just as I was with the ring. I wanted to buy diamond earrings for my girlfriend for Christmas and went to many local stores. All the diamonds I looked at just didn’t seem to have good color or clarity. they go above and beyond to know what you want and make sure that you get what you want. they custom designed a new ring for my wife which turned out SOOO sweet. she loves it and women are ALWAYS complimenting it. their prices are wayyyy better than the mall diamond stores. customer service is great, the prices are very reasonable, and the product is perfect.

Timothy and Randy at Diamond Vault of Troy made my ring buying experience easier, more informed, and less expensive than I was expecting. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't want, which is important when you don't know much about buying a diamond ring in the first place. Timothy did a great job of working within my budget, helping me find ways to save money, and answering all my questions along the way. Even after I purchased the ring, I still had one pressing question about it. Timothy wasn't there when I called, but Randy, who I hadn't worked with much at all, took the time to explain in detail the answer to my question, which helped a lot. I went in with zero knowledge of what to look for, and ended up with a ring that my soon-to-be wife is obsessed with and can't stop talking about! Do yourself a favor and don't get your jewelry anywhere else.

My husband and I were shopping around for quite some time for a new diamond. I wanted an upgrade and we had visited several different jewelers from wholesale to retail. We got a wide spectrum of prices and quality. I knew the size of stone I wanted and the quality as well.
