I was shopping around different place to find a ring and I came along the "The Book of Diamond Knowledge" on their site. I really enjoyed the read so I figured I had to go in and check them out. I felt a little weird that they had a 5/5 rating, but after I went through the process, I understand it is totally accurate. They found me the perfect diamond for my budget. Everyone loves my fiance's ring. Tim and Randy listened to what I wanted and gave me great suggestions to make a perfect ring. Being able to design your own ring setting for the same price as buying a "mass-produced jewerly store chain" setting is also a huge plus. Your fiance will love it even more because it is one of a kind. Before I started I didn't know anything about diamonds. Now I feel very confident with future diamond purchases. I live in Atlanta, GA, and I have spent numerous months researching diamond prices and speaking with salesmen to get something amazing within my budget. Needless to say, it has been very difficult and I was close to settling for something that I wasn't 100% happy with. Amazing service, Amazing Company! If you are looking for a jeweler that you can trust I strongly recommend these guys! They were honest and up front with me in appraising my brothers ex fiances egagement set. While I sat there they offered me refreshments, wine, coffee, water, whatever I wanted. Then they appraised the stone and gave me an education on the diamond. They offered my brother an amount that was above anything else that he had been offered. They were professional, kind and very pleasant to work with. I will be going to them for any of my jewelery needs in the future!!!

I love going to the Diamond Vault of Troy! Besides the fact that I get an amazing hot chocolate blend of my choice with whipped cream to sip on while I wait for them to polish my rings, their work is like a breath of fresh air! There is no other Diamond place I would step into or trust with my Wedding ring. Diamond Vault of Troy is located in the Huntington Building on the 2nd floor. You have to push a call button to be let in.



When you are let in you will be greeted with a smile from professionally dressed people who genuinely want to help make your wants, ideas, hopes and wishes become reality, that are experts in this busniess. They are motivated to come to work each day to make others happy and it shows. And, they know what they are talking about. You will be offered a beverage of your choice, and the atmosphere is very welcoming, comfortable, and positive.



Most of the time when you go to a jewelry store, it is exciting and fun, and that is easy and fun to work with those customers (which there was a steady stream in the ~ 2 hrs I was there, and each customer was treaed the same way and was very happy). Personally, I was there for a sad reason, but I was treated with sensitivity, pateince and kindness. I felt like I was talking with family.



So, whatever your jewelry need, I recommend Diamond Vault of Troy. You'll get good, genuine, professional service, and feel at home. They will go above and beyond your expectation for standard service.

The Diamond Vault did a fantastic job on my wedding ring and my fiancees. Once we saw the final product we had her engagement ring redone by them and it looked better than when I originally got it. The custom work that they do is tremendous. All you need to do is describe what you want and they'll create it.

I have been all over the world and dealt with different jewelers, and I have NEVER found the quality or service they offer at Diamond Vault of Troy. They want you to be a satisfied customer and become their fan, and they put muscle behind that. Every time I've gone in they have offered me something to drink, and cleaned my jewelry. They have fixed little things w/o charge, even things I had purchased prior to enjoining them as my jeweler. They have told me when I asked for special things that other people told me I couldn't do, "there isn't ANYTHING you can't do!" and made molds and did special things...

By far these guys are the best out there! During my recent visit to the Diamond Vault I was so very impressed with Timothy and Randall. Their expertise, knowledge and overall experience was outstanding. I don't usually write reviews, and here I am writing one to pass the good word on! What impressed me so much about The Diamond Vault of Troy is that I didn't walk into a room with a bunch of display cases which would have probably overwhelmed me. The very professional and unique approach that they take of sitting with you to find out what you have in mind or what you are looking for before they take you into the vault is perfect.
