This place should have 6 stars! I don't even see how anyone could have a bad experience here! The girls are awesome and so are the dresses. Just based on my experience and the friends who recommended I come here, I think some of the negative comments and reviews are from... you guessed it... BRIDEZILLAS! Go to Bella Rose, you'll be glad you did! <3

I've been searching all over to find my wedding dress, and was pleasantly surprised with what a big collection that Bella Rose had! I think I tried on close to 40 dresses there, and thought all of them were awesome. It was so hard to choose! I've ordered my dress through them, along with my bridesmaid's dresses, accessories, etc. wonderful customer service and great selections. Prices for their dresses are awesome too. I'd recommend Bella Rose to everyone. Every time I'm in their shop I always feel welcome and that they treat me wonderfully. I was recently in there to pick out bridesmaid dresses, an one of their employees was kind enough to try on a sample dress for me to see since it was too small for my maid of honor to try on. Thanks so much for going out of your way for me Bella Rose! Love you guys!

DO NOT order your bridesmaid dress from Bella! They literally took 7 MONTHS to get a bridesmaid dress that we ordered for a wedding that I am. We ordered the dresses on October 5th, 2012 as a group and they just literally just came in. And the worst part, they wouldn't even give or credit the $25 shipping fee to the bridesmaids to ship them their dresses after 7 months for a bridesmaid dress to come in!! They also have terrible customer service and were VERY rude on the phone when I called and complained. They tried to blame Allure for the problem. I have ordered many times from Allure before for weddings etc. and there was never, ever any problem with them and Bella tried to blame them. Also, Bella only gives 7 days to pick up the dress after it comes in or they charge the bride $30 stocking fee. GIVE ME A BREAK. After a dress takes 7 MONTHS to come in and then they give you 7 days to pick it up and were not kind enough to ship them out for free. TERRIBLE customer service. Do not order any bridesmaid dresses from them. If I were them, I would be embarrassed. Don't believe them when they say the dress will take 3 months to come in, it's all games with Bella Rose.



If I were you, check out Becker's Bridal in Fowler, MI. They are literally the best bridal shop in all of Michigan and have the best customer service that will beat anyone with prices!

I thought that the customer service here was superior to any of the other places I have been. The staff was super friendly and ready and willing to assist with everything. They helped with colors and getting in and out of dresses. They made my decisions very easy for me. The only reason I did not give them the 5 stars was because they were just a little too pushy with the sale. As much as I loved the dress I bought from them and wouldn't change it, I do wish I hadn't been pushed and rushed so fast into a contract for purchase.

Michelle was so wonderful!!!! Her, her husband and daughter were the only ones working tonight and were so sweet and accommodating. I said yes to the dress and they brought out champagne and had me ring the gong and took our pictures and even gave me a gift which was really cute! Totally was a celebration! They were so down to earth and easy to talk to. I can't wait to get my dress. It is beautiful and the price was amazing!!!! The store is just awesome. They have so many accessories shoes tiaras purses cake toppers etc etc. I ordered my veil from her too. She picked out a $50 veil for me when most store owners would have tried to get me to buy the $200 one! Highly recommend this store and can't wait to go back!

This store has beeeeautiful merchandise, but very poor customer service. This is a mother daughter owned and operated business, which was a huge perk for me as I love independent small businesses. However, the team does not seem to communicate very well and apparently think they know better than their customer's. I am engaged and planning my wedding for fall of 2011. I was searching online for the perfect shoes, found them, but did not want to order online. Bella Rose had the shoes I wanted, but they do not carry the different sizes in the store so they had to order my size. I ordered the size I usually wear, received a call back about two weeks later to come try them on. They were very tight. I requested to order a half size bigger, which was discussed when we ordered the first pair....if they did not fit I wanted to make sure I was able to order a different size. Four months later I received a call FINALLY saying the new pair were in. Whoever ordered the shoes, ordered a whole size bigger, not half. These shoes were huge! I was very upset and was told I had better take the first pair I ordered and stretch them out. I found this ridiculous. I paid $100 for a pair of shoes that don't fit?? Then when I called them back and asked them to order the half size bigger, they refused.



Is this how you build a clientele? Is this how you treat valued customers? Girls going to this store are shopping for their weddings and should not have to argue with the store owners because they failed to do their jobs.
