Instructors are very motivating, really make me wan to push myself to do my best. Henry is AMAZING!!

I just finished a class with Bridget as the instructor. Loved it. My heart rate reach 142. I am burning liquid calories. Love love it.

Over the past 4 months I have not only lost 25 pounds I have developed muscle, strength and more endurance than I thought possible. To me this is a huge accomplishment. I think I get part credit as do instructors who push me to work harder; Danielle and Paige

They have level 4 classes on Saturdays easier method to change from class to class. Any nutritional guidance would be great!

More trash cans, sometimes hard to find one but staff was very helpful when I got an injury. They followed up with me the very next day. Injury was only a bruise caused by my meds.

I always feel very welcomed when I come in by the staff and other STW Krav Maga members make it easy and comfortable to come and work out.

STW really motivates me to come in a workout every day. It has helped me with other aspects of my life as well. I enjoy being a more productive active person.
