STW Krav Maga

Great work-up to sparring. Started with a quick review of striking (punch & kicks) and defenses from level 1-3. Gradual increases with very appropriate but brisk pace. Worked up to a drill with one defender who followed up with counters reset.

Art is not only a qualified instructor, but an excellent teacher. He dropped by at the end of the class to help out- much to the pleasure of all. It would be great to see more of his km classes at Blanco.

Power lunch was a great class, the new classroom helped improve the work out,faster the class also.

Dr. Ted explains the procedures very clearly and the staff are very helpful. I love the coffee even though I'm sure its not good for my teeth :) My husband and I highly recommend Teddy Bear Dental!

Kimberly's class is different, she knows what to work out, she really explain us each exercise, is NOT boring her class, make us give more what we think we can do!

Jennifer is an excellent instructor, articulate, insightful, informative, great with questions, listens well. I learned a lot from her. She is the best teacher I have had at KM.

The whole program is phenomenal. I try to come five times a week. This power lunch today was a great workout!

Enjoy taking classes here, everyday is a challenge esp. taking Vince and Danielle's classes- always a great workout and never the same.
