She sustains a large clientele.After searching for months, the ideal location was found in the desired area of downtown Rochester. This location ensures success. With the encouragement from clients, the owners dedication and ambition, as well as the commitment from a team of highly trained and qualified cosmetologists, this business is of great potential.
