I had problems the first day I purchased my car. It was a red flag, but I was like i need of a car, and I liked the car.3 months into my 6 month warrenty, I called and left messages with the service department to schedule a appointment to look at the problem. When I tell you I left messages literally for 2-3 months straight, and they never replied once!!!!! So unfortunately my car shut completely down. The warrenty ran out by a few days, a week or less. Do you think they honored my warrenty? FFFF NO. Plus I set up auto pay with my bank account so that I don't have to worry, and they don't have to worry. They got their money on the wood every time, no hassle, excuses, promises, disappointments, nothing. I AM A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, AND COX AUTO GROUP DIDN'T VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER.TO EACH IT'S OWN. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO COX AUTO GROUP.

Provided by SuperpagesMy daughter graduates in June and had been promised a "new" used car. We went to the dealers on Rt.13 and found nothing that she liked that I could afford. We live in Bear and had passed by Cox Auto in Glasgow many times. Shauna had already looked at a car there a week earlier. I met here there one day after school as she wanted me tolook at a 2002 Nissan Maxima 92,548 miles . The car was very clean and roadtested beautifully. The next day I took it to my mechanic and it checked perfect except for front wiper blades! The next day we negotiated our price and bought the car. Cox's original price was about $500 below KBB. We got it a bit lower and felt we got a very fair price. We dealt with Big Bob and he was very personable and seemed very honest. jlb

Provided by SuperpagesI would not recommend buying a car from this business. I purchased a Lincoln and its been nothing but a headache. Its been back in the shop 3 times and the problem still isn't resolved. When we call, they act like we are bothering them. If they didn't sell us a lemon then we would not have a problem. Do not trust one word they say. They tell you the cars have been inspected...I had a mechanic look over our purchase and was told there was no way it would have passed inspection. What does this tell you. They are very shadey. If you have a choice, go to the one on Kirkwood Highway. They actually get 0 out of 5 stars but I could not submit it without clicking on one.
