Austin's completed an oil change on my R350 Benz. He told me this was his first time doing an oil change for a Benz. Well Austin you did a better job than the Benz Dealer in Wilmington that I normally go to…I will be a returning customer.

Hes just a great guy who likes to fix cars. And hes good at it. Specializing in Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth.

I made an appointment because I thought I had a bad wheel bearing. He had up-front pricing. I liked that. It took him a little longer to get the car back to me than he thought (2 days vice 1 - this is the only reason for 4 stars vice 5 stars), but both of his other employees were out with injuries. He checked other things that could be making the noise that I described. Turns out, I was wrong. He fixed a much cheaper problem. I was satisfied. Thanks, Austin!
