Valley Drive Apartments

I have Lived here since January 2014.
I have ever seen and bugs.
The Maintenance is excellent.Everything is fixed fast .There has been a lot of improvements.A new parking lot,New washers and Dryers .New Carpet in the in the hall way,Security Cameras in the Parking lot.New kitchens and bathrooms,New hard wood floors,
Also feel safe with locked enter doors and Macomb Sheriff and fire dept close by.

no roaches, beautiful hardwood floor throughout, granite countertops, new appliances, nice(and efficient) maintenance man and new management in the office, but still obnoxious people living here. here 7 months so far and will probably leave only because the people in the building don't leave you alone and whine about everything unfortunately.

I moved in the apart and after about 2 months started noticing roaches on a daily basis...I called managed and sent one of their handymen over to spray some cheap pesticide and told me to wait a week to notice a change. Well NO change it seems like its gotten worse. They're So Bad that I can't even sleep at night worrying if they're gone crawl on me in my sleep! I see at least 10 of them crawling around a day..even in my Shower!!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! If they paid rent I'd be Ok with them. Management uses a dim witted Pesticide Company that don't keep records of what they do to your unit.
