The gentleman was on time. He called me when he was 10 minutes to allow me time to meet him outside. He was very professional and just a generally great guy. Thank yall so much for going above and beyond.

BY FAR THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! I called to have my tire replaced on a loaner vehicle and the towing guy was extremely rude! he told me that GEICO(my employer btw) wouldn't pay for the service if I wasn't in my own car( COMPLETLY FALSE) AND HER CHARGED me and my husband $100.00 to change the tire and threatened to pull off if we didn't pay cash! while I was on the phone with GEICO and the rep told me to give him the phone and advise that the service would be covered he DECLINED saying its policy!!!!!!!! as if he gave a moment to even listen and was very argumentative the entire time , I asked for his superior and he gave me the number to an office that was closed. at this point we only paid because we were on a dark road with heavy traffic and needed to get home. this driver also told me that he would be closing out the work order because we paid cash but the rep that I spoke tome on the phone and overheard how much rude he was decided to give a courtesy CALL TO ADVISE ME THAT HE CLOSED THE ORDER OUT AS COMPLETED SO THAT HE WOULD GET PAID BY THE COMPANY FOR SERVICING MY CAR ON THE PLAN( not the one that I was actually in, NOT THE ONE THAT I WAS DRIVING SO NOT ONLY DID HE GET SOME EXTRA CASH IN HAND HE STILL CHARGED GEICO FOR WORK ON MY CAR!!!( DOUBLEDIPPING) needless to say KARMA is real and apparently that driver needed that $100.00 more than we did but you don't do people like that and don't reap what you sow.

Hi I would like to say that this needs to be the worst company to do business with. Aside from them being unprofessional, they also steal from the insurance company, claiming they did work they did not do! We were racially discriminated against. I requested to be taken to Walmart to get my tire changed and was taken to Firestone instead because the ride man did not want to drive. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and thinking of taking them to court. I complained to Geico about this company. I sincerely hope they get fired from doing business with Geico. Customer service should be number one priority. At Hanover Towing their number one priority is not the customer, it is themselves!! Terrible service, if I were you, don't call them.
