Went for a checkup and shots... During the time they took my dog in the back to run test. She came back to the room with a dislocated hip... was perfectly fine before then... Had to get X-rays, anesthesia, and her hip put back in place. I was told to call back in a couple hours to see if she was ready for pickup or staying the night... The doctor was busy. So they told me they would call me right back. An hour and half later I call back and they tell me she was ready.... I paid for the shots and medicine and they did the X-rays and procedures for free.... Still doesn't make up for a terrible and painful experience for my dog. Will not be coming back.
