The Canine Connection

I am writing this review on the experience I recieved the past couple of times I have taken my dogs there. I have a Saint Bernard and a Mini Aussie. They both look beautiful when I pick them up. I have nothing but great things to say about this Business. The workers are always polite and the prices aren't bad either. I WOULD RECOMMEND everybody to take their pets there.

very unprofessional work environment! two employees there in the other room when i walked in to pick up my dog and both were ignoring me and refusing to make eye contact. i waited for over 5 minutes before anyone would come ask me if i needed help. then she was rude with me when i asked if it would be much longer

They mistreat animals. I took my dog there. I was told 2-3 hours he would be ready. When I called the number that the groomer had called me from to set up the appt. I was told that their number had changed and was given the owner's number. When I called the owner she said she had very little to do with the business and gave me the shop number to call. I called the shop and got no answer, so I went to get my dog. He wasn't ready after 3.5 hours. While there I witnessed her drop a dog off a table and grab it by the harness which caused the dog to be hanging for a few seconds -- she did not react quickly and did not seem concerned. Seemed like she was on something. Did not make eye contact with me. Brought my dog out w/o his leash & harness & then put him on the lobby floor instead of handing him to me when I informed her that he did come in with them. I asked for no cologne, but they sprayed him. 1 groomer hollered at a yelping dog & turned music up instead of soothing dog.

They were rude to the animals. They turned the music up when one dog was yelping, instead of trying to calm the dog the one lady hollered at it and turned up the loud music. One of the groomers seemed to be "out of it." I saw her drop a dog off the table and grab it by a part of it's harness so it was hanging for a few seconds. She didn't know that my dog came in with a leash and harness and instead of handing my dog to me, she put him on the floor of the lobby. My dog has a red mark under one eye that wasn't there when he went in. These people should NOT be caring for anyone's pets.
