Update: 4/15 - We had some major billing issues to start, but after that was addressed, I went back to get a refund and they offered to get me taken care of. I accepted. Since then, we have not had any more issues. I realize now it was just a mistake, and not any shady practices. So we have been doing business ever since. "I still feel like they should give me some type of concessions for the problems, and mistakes that happened", but they are at least being very thorough, since the problem. Fun group to work with, very knowledgeable, and getting me taken car of.

I have had some serious pain with infection in my gums since the end of Nov 2013, here it is feb 6,2014...Dr. Summerlin is Great!!! I have really appreciated him and the staff @ Best Care Dental because I have been having serious SEVERE PAIN for 3mos; and they always make me feel as though they care. Now I will admit that this dealing that I've been going through is costly so far I've dished out $1064.00. But they have been very professional and will work with you/and yr insurance co.

In a word. The most appalling medical/ dental experience of my life. the staff bordered on the incompetent. The office and exam area can only be described as absolute squalor. The service i received was sub par to say the least. I was fitted with temporary/ ornamental dentures only to come back for my permanent fixtures and told that it would be another 750.00 after already being paid in full, so i thought .

Furthermore, i was told that the permanent fixtures would not be any better fit than the temporary ones. Needless to say i finally came to my senses and hightailed out of there.

It is obvious even to the casual observer why this office received an F from the better business bureau.

UNPROFESSIONAL.the place was filthy dirty unclean and run down they were fast but not in a good way they rushed and cleaned my teeth.they were very rude barley made any conversation with you and when you did ask questions they were short with you.This was the worst dentail care i have ever received and would never go back.when they took me to a room they were watching jerry springer and Maury while they worked on my teeth.Ghetto if you ask me.the staff at the front office was no better.Even though my insurance paid for my xrays when i called back to get a copy off them they told me i would have to pay 25$ charge to get a copy off my xrays even though my insurance paid for them.there all about money and i have no ideal why they wont use it to get newer dentail equipment and clean that filthy place.
