I too have had a bad experience here, I visited on 9/11/15 for a deep cleaning, and was told after that I had no tooth decay, or cavities, thankfully I have all of my teeth, and I'de like to keep them! Color me surprised when a week ago the upper gums on the right side of mouth began to get inflated, and SORE. To a point I can't even chew on that side. I went to a dentist across the street from my job, and he told me "I don't understand how they missed this huge cavity, we are going to either pull it, or do a root canal, I am opting for a root canal, but I am very disappointed with their lack of due dilligence, and will NOT be going back. The only good thing that I experienced from Dental Dreams was overcoming my fear of the dentist #blankstare

i felt ripped off. their procedure was not disclosed to me up front and i felt like they only wanted to do the most expensive process possible. I dont understand how a tooth with no problems at all needs a crown. When that was not the tooth i went in for.
