Waiting room staff needs hospitality training on every level. Once you sign in, they never acknowledge your presence until they call you in 50 minutes past your appointment time. After the appointment is complete, they don't even acknowledge checking you out. "Can I please reschedule?" SMH!!
I've NEVER seen DR. Hall even though it's his practice & supposed to be my sons Doctor. His nurse, Angela takes DAYS to return a call. The nurse practitioner literally stands across the room interviewing me about symptoms. " Is he congested?"
Use your stethoscope & listen to his check. At least touch the child! He's not contagious.
Looking for another pediatrician ASAP.
Richmond Hill & Savannah doctors are professionally trained. H'ville has a long way to go!

I've been sitting here for the last 40 mins after I signed in waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. Remind you I'm a first time visiter

This place is awesome and very kid friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because his staff seems like they always have an attitude.

This doctor is very unprofessional. He is very flirtatious and I would never take my child back to his office!!!
