Great service ,knowledge of the products they carry. Very nice people. We went to Sears and waited at least half an hour for the salesperson that was busy with another customer and decided to leave .We stopped at Bob's and bought a nice mattress that was delivered the next day in 5 minutes as promised .They took the old one and there was no delivery charge. Delivery at Sears is $70.00.They also deliver the same day if you buy the mattress before 3pm but we weren't home.I would recommend Bob's to everyone I know.

Mattress World at 5002 N. Nevada Ave., Colorado Springs, Co. clearly had no intention of honoring its 30 day guarantee for exchange of a mattress by claiming damage when there was none. I would not shop there again and would also advise others to avoid this business, at least at this location. The "damage" decision was made by an employee in a ragged t-shirt and management later refused to review it. The employee was rude and arrogant. Management either should not place such authority with such employees or should at least be willing to review their performance.
