General Info
"The majority of our pain medicine patients come to us after experiencing chronic pain persisting over six months. Our practice is recognized by the local medical community as a center of excellence for its management of complex and challenging pain cases. We believe that the goals of treatment should be meaningful to the patient and provide attention to realistic pain relief while staying focused on improving functional activities of daily living components. These goals are best accomplished via a multispecialty clinic approach. We provide a range of minimally invasive interventions on-site, including fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided injections, nerve blocks, or ablations, to help reduce pain, improve function, and facilitate physical therapy. If patients continue to have an impaired function or suboptimal quality of life due to their chronic pain, we assess them for possible spinal cord stimulator implantation after a successful trial or an intrathecal pain pump implantation.

I bet the bad reviews are patients who are pissed off the are get the pills they want. I never have a problem and I am happy they are not wanting to cram pills down my throat.

It amazes me how seriously unprofessional the girls are that work here. They may be good doctors we their staff makes them horrible. M A' s order testing incorrectly, write the wrong scripts, and act like its your fault and your the biggest inconveniece in the world. They talk to you like your in the middle of the ghetto. And they sit in the hallway complaining and arguing! I don't understand how they are employed. I work in the medical field and my office wouldn't dream of acting like this. Down right no respect.

I can't seem to get them to return my phone calls, I feel like this place is not taking me seriously. Really stinks because the doctor I see is awesome. I'll be looking elsewhere too.

I am a patient of Dr. Nabity and I can say without a doubt he his a great Doctor. He's very patient and cares a great deal about your health. I do not trust Doctors, but I can say he is the one and only Doctor I truly trust.

This is the worst doctors office i have ever been to! Where to start? I started going here a little over 4 years ago because they did neurology and pain management.at first i was going at least two times a mount so they have seen me at least 48 times and they still have no idea who I am or what im going there for. They just told me today i have only been going there for a little over a year and i haven't had any test done. Now there telling me there going to cut my meds down agen until they find out why someone put me on them and i have these test dun. First of all they are the ones who put me on them and i had all these test at least 3 times. They like to do that order a test and tell you they are going to cut your meds until you get them dun this is the second time this year and it only April 10th. Then your in there for hours waiting in the loby waiting in the room waiting at checkout then waiting to schedule what ever test they are making you do for the 4th time then waiting to make your next appointment. They told social security that i can work then they want me to take off work all the time to do what ever. The bad part off all this is I do have a lot wrong with me like i fractured 5 vertebrae in my back, i am right handed and i have had 6 surgeries in the past 4 years and lost 85% of the straight in that hand and 90% of the movement in that wrist. I need my right knee and my right ankle replaced and I have a inclosed head injury just to name a few. Then they treat you like a drug addict when you go there. Every time i get dun there im ready to pull my hair out. So stay away if at all possible i

Do everything you can to find another facility. The staff have no respect for their patients and treat them like they are drug addicts. You never get to see a doctor when you go there, it is always a Physician's Assistant. I was referred by my doctor to see Dr. Giancarlo and waited 1 1/2 hours to get in the room and was told by the PA that the doctor wasn't even there. He had no idea where he was and I was told that the PA was qualified to diagnose my condition. This is the most incompetent office that I have ever dealt with. They are more concerned with signing you up to be a "Pain Management Client" than helping your condition. The doctors there may be good, I don't know because I've have yet to see one. Every girl that I've spoken to on the phone has been rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and find another facility. I'm only giving them a star because the computer is making me, otherwise it would be no star. I have found another doctor!
