Diva's Hair Salon

I called because I have a certificate for a manicure and a cut, wash, blow dry and style.

I was told they are booked up and will not honor my certificates. They would do nothing to try and accommodate me. They didn't offer to take my name if there was a cancellation. I was told "We do have regular clients, you know." Well I won't be one.

Not happy with the response.

I'm giving one star only because my review won't be posted unless I do.
