Bianchi's Salon

Bad experience. We booked 2 spa treatments for 3 of us. It was our big girls weekend. We got there, and they only had us down for 1 treatment each. Didn't offer coffee as we waited. I had even called to confirm these appointments. We received a lame apology and 10% off our bill. They didnt really seem to care. My daughter's facial was 45 minutes instead of 60. It was our first time and last. Not a day at the spa. Don't go!

Fabulous! I was looking for a new stylist. After trying a few and becoming very frustrated with the results, I decided to give Bianchi's a whirl. My stylist was Catie and she was fantastic! She listened to everything I had to say about my hair and previous experiences. She told me exactly what she was going to do before getting started. The haircut was hands-down the best cut I have ever had. The color was perfect too. I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you Catie and Bianchi's for a wonderful salon experience.

Not happy with my haircut, color, or the salon's service. I went in for a haircut and when I was done, still had no hairstyle. I had to go get it cut again somewhere else. Before I knew it, she was blo-drying my hair (in a hurry!). The next time I went back, I wanted to color the roots, and it came out a gold/copper color instead of blonde. While the stylist was drying my hair, she was smiling and saying how nice it looked. I don't think gold/copper roots look very attractive with blonde ends! I had to go to another salon and color it again. Lastly, the front desk service needs improvement. There are a few young girls there who are rude and like to give you dirty looks while you wait 1/2 hour past your appointment time. They don't check to see why the stylist is running late, or let you know what is going on. Just pay and get out the door!!! Rude service. Not impressed for how much money I have spent there!!!! BoRics did a better job!!!!!

I came in expecting a wonderful experience due to the reviews and ratings of this business. What I came out with was a botched color job, bad hair cut, and tears. I tried calling and getting a hold of someone at the salon to fix it but they were closed. Feeling too humiliated to go into work the next day with my hair, I went somewhere else to get it fixed. I contacted Bianchi's the next day to speak with a manager. The manager just kept saying "Sorry. I don't know what happened" and refused to do anything for me other than give me 20% off my next bill if I used it within two weeks. Are you kidding me????



My overall opinion:

$150 at Bianchi's + $150 getting it fixed = NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY

They might have been a good business before but recently their service to their customers or future costumers sucks! I would NEVER recommend them.

I found Kristine on Yellowpages.com. Thank God for that. I moved to Hawaii in September and kept putting off finding a hairstylist, and since I was coming back to Michigan to visit in February I just decided to wait and boy am I glad. I was looking up the number for Bianchi's salon on Yellowpages.com and while there I read a few reviews. Those reviews I read were raves about stylist "Kristine" I was in the mood for a change and thought I would take a chance on someone new, hoping that the reviews were indeed true. I have the pleasure of saying they were true indeed. Kristine did a fabulous job on my color and cut. She turned my mess of grown out roots and my need for a serious trim and turned my locks into a fabulous work of art!!! Thanks Kristine.

I discovered Bianchi’s Salon from my girlfriend; I was looking for some place to give me quality service. I have thick, curly hair and I tried several salons that left me in tears. Kristine is a genius with difficult hair of any type, and she did such a phenomenal job every time I make an appointment for any service. I see Kristine for cuts, color, and brow waxing or just to tell her my latest gossip. I bring my 2 daughters in for services when they are in need too. I regularly get compliments on Kristine’s work. My boyfriend can’t keep his hands off of me after she has done my hair. Thanks in more ways than one!!

Kristine Frieze is the BEST Hands down! SHe is the entire package not only does she do amazing percision cuts and Awesome color but she can style hair! I don't have to go home after getting my hair cut and restyle it! She is always so helpful lending her expert advise on what styles and color will look the best. I have been going to her for almost 3 years and my entire family see's her as well as most of the girls I work with. We all love her and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. She is also always very personable and friendly. Like I said she's the Total Package in a hair dresser. Thanks Kristine!

Jim is an excellent person he cuts hair great and color is out of this world. I have been with Jim for about 8 yrs. now and where he goes I go.



Jim cuts my hair and with no problems at all he will at the last minute cut my husbans hair. I love Jim he is great ! :0)
