Creative Nails

Used to go here a lot, but the last few times I've been super unsatisfied. I got a pedicure and she literally painted half the nail and moved on. It looked like a tour year old did it. There better places to go than here that offer way lower prices.

WE WERE DISCRIMINATED:

My disabled mother in a wheelchair and I went to this nail salon and had the worst experience of our lives that my mother was brought to tears. They refused to provide her service with no explanation. They told me that they would not take the "risk" with my mom. What is that suppose to mean? They clearly do NOT know that it is against the law to discriminate against the disable. My mother had not gotten her nails for 2 years because she was in and out the hospital. All she wanted was a mani and pedi. she was finally home and that was one of her requests. Little did I know, that this place would humiliate her like this. After all the humiliation and speaking in their native tongue, one of the lady started her pedi bath after 20 minutes. Why would I give you my business after you embarrassed my mother to tears in front of the staff/customers. They are lucky that I did not call the police. I will be making sure no one in my family or any of friends ever give them business ever again. They way they made my mother feel, I will never forget. I ended up going to N.Q nails on Hall Rd by Card received service no problem. They were actually shocked to hear what happened and told me that they get clients from nursing home, elderly with canes and walker that come in all the time to get nails done. I can't believe Im experiencing this in this age and world. I contacted the best bureau business and filed a complaint. I wish I would I have had it on camera but when you are upset, its not the first the thing you grab. Please do not go here.

My daughter got her nails done here and in LESS than 24 hours, the nails started popping off and were ALL off within 4 days. Polish job was very sloppy. Got glitter from one nail on the next one that wasn't glittered and just left it!

This is my regular nail shop. I love going here. The staff is very nice, and they make you feel at home. Everyone is so very nice in there, and they give exceptional service at an affordable price. The first time I was there, it was when Andy first took over management, and they looked like every other nail shop around town. But he told me after the New Year it would be remodeled. When I went in for my next service, I was WOW'd. Everything is redone and looks clean and fresh and comfortable. I have not tried the new pedicure chairs, but will soon. Andy, Tina and the rest of the staff deserve a "Best in Detroit" award. LOl

I got bad exprience with this place before but I will give them a try because I heard they got the whole new management. Everything is so great and clean! My nails look so fabulous!!!!! The manager name Andy did my nails and his job did on my nails just like .....overflowing it with fancy design freehand nail art. I am just love my nails so much and I will be back soon for the next service!

I was looking for the nail place in clinton twp on the internet yesterday, I saw some good reviews about Creative Nails. I tried the place today and oh mine mine .... I loved my nails a lot!!! This is gonna be my new nail place!!!!!!!!

I will definitely recommend this place for my friends and family!

I went into Creative Nail and I got fill-in and deluxe pedicure service. I was so happy with my service. The nail tech took time to take care of my nails and the price is so reasonable!!

I would recommend you guys should try this place out!

I am a very picky with my nails and I got nails done at Creative Nails and this is my first time at Creative Nails, I was so happy with my service. I got my nails done just like the way I wanted it. The shop was remodel and everythings in here look new and clean.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I called to make an appointment and I asked the girl if they did fiberglass, so I went in. Not only were there broken fingernails everywhere on the floor, and in their work spaces (which should have been my first clue), but the girl never got off the phone and immediately started picking at my nails, took my nail polish off and then said "oh we don't do fiber glass". I walked out and advise others not to go there. I was furious.

The place is very dirty! There were nails on the floor, nothing had been wiped down or dusted in a very very long time! My nails were filed crooked and the nail tech nicked my polish with her finger, looked at it and didn't bother to correct it. She just put a coat of clear over the top and now you can still see it. She also polished on the sides of my nail beds!

Go Somewhere Else, this place is not worth it!
