        Overall

        Went to Cheep Cuts @ 10:30 AM and my boyfriend was told it was a 25 minute wait. There were no customers in the shop and the only person there was getting ready to "make coffee". How can you open @ 9 AM and have a 25 minute wait @ 10:30 when you have no customers? Just wonderin'!
