Get all service quotes in writing as to process, timing and cost. Do not expect return calls if you have a problem without a great deal of effort on your part. Do not expect schedules to be kept. Find someone else if you have an important schedule to meet.

I have waited to write this review as to see what some of my friends had to say about their work on their pools. Their experiences have been similar to ours. The website does not tell the whole truth. Doug or Lee will be on the jobsite only to collect a check. They make promises they can't keep and they never returned my calls wanting to know the status of my job. Their professionalism is lacking. I would not recommend them unless you have plenty of patience. Next time it will be worth a little more to me to have a professional do my work.
