Excellent Service. We have used Cole's Pool for 2 years and they are always very helpful and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

This service is awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I called Andrew Cole to change the sand in my pool filter. The day of the scheduled service he was a no show and didn't call to let me know that he couldn't make it. He finally called two days later. Since he apologized for the lateness of his return call I decided to give him a second chance. When he finished the job, I paid him and he left. Later that day I noticed that the pool filter handle was assembled incorrectly and that the unit was leaking. I've called repeatedly at both his numbers but he won't return my call. Now I have to get another pool service company to come out and fix his msitakes. He did cash my check however. Do not use this service. Do not use this service. do not use this service!!!
