I went in to have my car cleaned on Friday March 12, 2010. My mats were taken from my vehicle and not returned. I attempted to talk to the manager which refused to talk to me about it and referred me to the owner, Gene Humphreys, who refused to question his employees and basically called me a lie to my face by sayin that this did not happen at his establishment and told me to "get off of his property". DO NOT take your business there! They steal and do not care nor have anything to say afterwards.
This place is the worst they scratch my car,I paid 30.00 for the complete package and I had to rewash my car.Smeared windows half wash.A waste of my money.
The service was great but the wait was a little long. This is what keeps my rating at very good instead of exceptional.
