I've previously used this place because it's near my home and the prices aren't bad, but I always seem to leave irritated by their slow, sloppy work. My last visit - EVER - finally took place last week. I brought my wife's car in for a standard oil change - which took almost 2 hours even though I'd made an online appointment - then drove straight home. A couple of days later, I noticed a large puddle of oil under the car. When I reached underneath to check the oil plug, it almost fell out in my hand! Thankfully I'd only driven about a mile, as opposed to taking the interstate somewhere. Please don't let yourself - or anyone you know - be a victim of this place's carelessness.

Do not take your vehicle here. We took our car to have a/c work done. We were there waiting before store opened and had an 8:00a.m. appointment. They didn't have the part I had to go to another parts store and purchase the part for them to install. SIX YES SIX hours later after being told a different time every few hours we get our car back. $280.00 later Was the problem fixed no it was worse. Took it straight to another shop and found out Pepboys overcharged my A/C system and I didn't need the part. Oh yeah quoted me a price of over $2000.00 and told me everything needed changing. Only reason I give one star is because I can't give negative stars.
