Eagle Cleaners

This was my first time using this cleaners and I assure you that I will never use them again! The customer service and professionalism was non-existent and deplorable! They stained my "alterations only" garment and refused to acknowledge it. When I tried to verbalize my concerns, it was rudely dismissed. Never again!! (The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't give zero.)

Picked up a casual white dress ....they turned it gray and it was ripped. Looked like they washed with a rug...really terrible. I asked for a manager or owner and the guy behind the counter got really mad. Told me to pay (in broken English). It said that I was not going to pay for a ruined garment and asked for a manager..none to be found. Told me he would call the cops if I didn't pay. I left without paying with my ruined dress. The man nearly yanked my arm...I should've called the police.



I've picked up other garments that were "dry cleaned" which were very wrinkled and dingy. Do busines with local owners..not these people please.
