Was able to answer all questions. She was a great customer service person.

I own a dually pick up. I called before I drove all the way to the location on Airline highway (20miles) to see if they washed dually pick ups. I was told on the phone, YES no problem. The next day I drove to the 9607 Airline Hwy location. I was greeted by the young lady in the both who immediately told me that they do not wash dual wheel trucks. So I cannot comment on their service however their phone receptionist needs to be trained.

Good job but the soap left on the vehicle is a bit much.
