Wendy's

Stopped in the evening as I am in town working for a few weeks and went through the drive through. As I arrived to the window to pay, the staff member took my money then made me back up to the first window and sit until she told me to drive forward again. Being a dark night and after 8pm, I felt nervous but she wouldn't give me my money back or give me the food until I did it. I ended up following her instruction and pulled forward again to get the food, which I threw away not trusting what I was served. The manager called the next morning after I complained an apologized but I still am not trusting to stop there again.
