WE WENT TO BAKER LAGNIAPPE LOCATION N GOT 2 OF THE HAMBURGER STEAKS TONITE , TO GO. I SWORE WEN HE BROUGHT IT HOME, HE WAS SEROIUSLY TRYING TO POISON ME. .. I TASTED HIS WEN HE GOT UP FROM TABLE. THIS WAS THE WORST FOOD I EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH. WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOO BITTER AND GRAVY WAS SO BITTER ALSO AND THE MEAT, OMG WAS SO HARD N TOUGH THAT U COULD NOT CUT IT NOR CHEW IT... HOW DO U MESS UP A PEICE OF BURGER? AND HOW DO U MAKE A BROWN GRAVY BITTER????? THE SALAD WAS SO OLD N BROWN TOO. I HAVE SERIOUSLY TASTED MUDD AND VOMITT THAT TASTED GOOD COMPARED TO THIS. . THE BREAD WAS 2 THIN PEICES OF BUTTER BREAD NOT TOASTED . POTATOE WAS HARD N HALF BAKED EVERYTIMME WE EVER WENT THERE AND GOT FOOD OR ATE THERE, THE FOOD WAS SO SALTY I SWORE TO THE PEOPLE THAT TH E SALT SHAKER GOT SPILT OVER INTO THE FOOD WITHOUT THEM KNOWING IT AND THE BLOOMING ONION WAS SOOOOOOO BLACK N BURNT EVERY SINGLE TIME IT WAS NOT AN ONION ANYMORE. THIS HAPPENED ALL 15 TIMES WE WENT, WE NEVER EVER ASKED FOR MONEY BACK N COMPLAINED ONLY ONE TIME AND THEY DIDNT OFFER TO REFIX NOR .NOT CHARGE US WEN WE ATE TWO BITES AND GOT UP TO LEAVE TELLING THEM WHY AND WE WOULDNT EVEN BRING IT HOME FOR OUR LARGE OUTSIDE DOGS CUZ SALT ROCKS N BLACKENED BURNT AND VERY PEPER HOT SPICY. ,,,, I DONT THINK WE WILL EVER EVER GO BACK AGAIN IF WE DO , I WILL JUST HAVE ''WATER'' , IF THEY DONT MANAGE TO MESS THAT UP ALSO. I HAVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED TWICE TO LADY MANAGER AT THE BAKER RESTURANT CUZ THATS THE ONE I AM REFERRING TO AND SHE DIDNT EVEN APPOLOGIZE. DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD ...... ADN I AM NOT A COMPLAINER AND I LOVE SALT BUT THIS , OMG IS PATHETIC........... I WILL TAKE DOG FOOD OR MCDONALDS OVER THIS PLACE FOREVER MORE. DISGUSTING. I WISH THEY'D JUST SHUT THE DOORS N GO OUTA BUSINESS AND A REAL FOOD RESTURANT WOULD TAKE OVER .

Took too long to bring out last meal. Everyone else had finished their meal before the last meal was served. By that time we said forget it because we were all ready to leave. No apologies.

Me and some of my church members went here on Saturday the waiter was great, food was good. So me and my friends went back Sunday after church and we had to wait 20 mins before they brought our drinks. We had to keep asking the waitress for our appetizers. We got our salads an hour after we ordered. There was a party of 25 came in after us and they got their food before us along with other people that was around us so we asked for a manager. The waitress told us that the manager said that he was not coming talk to us it was not his problem. So we got up and we were leaving after being their almost 2 hrs. Our food came out to our table I told the waitress to tell the manager he can keep the food it not my problem. I didn't trust what he might have done to our food. So low and behold we were asked how we're we going to pay for our drinks and appetizers. We told her to let the manager pay for them. We asked for info so we could file a complaint that's when we found out the manager is the BOSS. The waitress said he is RIDE to everyone. I won't be giving my money to someone to be rude to me. My money spends anywhere. If enough people would decide not to go back to a business that u receive bad service they would feel it in their pockets. Let's just say I won't be going back there.

There needs to be an option in the rating system for horribly awful!



Oh my gosh it was freakin horrible! We went for a prom dinner. The food was nasty. The attitudes sucked big time. Here's the worst part...



we went to dinner as a big group with our families...ten people total.



My friend's mom hated her meal...it was so gross to her that she only ate one bite. When she politely requested that it be removed from her ticket, they told her that they couldn't do it. Since when is a restaurant allowed to tell you that they can't remove something from your ticket???



On top of that, the waitress was so stupid and ignorant that she brought our meals after we finished our appetizers. She didn't clear away the dishes until she had placed all of the food on the table. We had to flag her down when we wanted something. It was pointless! She brought back one of the checks and said that there was nothing in it. She was so stupid that she didn't think to move the receipt and look for a credit card.



The floors were super slippery from wax or some other unknown cleaner and they failed to warn us with a wet floor sign or anything like that. Can you imagine being in a long prom dress with three inch heels...some of us with five inch...and slipping on the floor? My sister almost hit the floor on the way in!



When we asked to see the manager, we were told that he wasn't in. Why run a business if you have no manager available?



After arriving, we informed the waitress that we needed another settiing in order to fit all of the members of our party (my family got there early enough to make sure things were okay). The ignorant waitress ignored us until every one arrive, then she proceeded to add the extra chair, forcing all ten of us to shift and rearrange.



We felt like a hostage in the restaurant because they added their own fifteen percent tip to our bill...it wasn't optional. My dad had to pay $12.02 for attitude and bad service. One of my other friends and their mom had to pay $4.00 for her meal that only cost $10.00



Whatever you do, never go to Lagniappe! Stick to olive garden. It may be expensive, but they really do follow their slogan "When you're here, you're family".



The only benefit we got out of going to that restaurant is we all have something to complaint about as a group.
