Extra Mile Car Care

Extra Mile is the only shop I will trust my vehicles with in this town. Others have done terrible work by using bad parts, not solving the problem, charging for things not done or not needing to be done. Sometimes the repairs would last a very short period of time. One time a shop kept my vehicle 3 1/2 months for a 2 day job!

Extra Mile has very friendly help, is honest, reasonable, fast and does excellent work! You can't ask for more.

Down time on a vehicle hurts my business. Extra Mile works hard to give me a fast turnaround. 3 times Thomas worked late into the night to get a job done! One time he finshed and delivered my vehicle at 4:00 AM! Another time my starter barely worked. I pulled in just when everyone was ready to leave for the day. 3 of the guys came out and changed out the starter in a matter of a few minutes. They used a spare starter until a new one could be delivered later. That repair turned out to be critically important for the next day! It saved my day!

Need I say more good things? I could! But I'm going to end by saying Don't go any place else for vehicle repairs! Extra Mile has no equal in the car repair business! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Ok. Long story short. The dealership wanted to charge me $800 to fix my a/c and another place almost $500..... Well it took Tom less than 10 minutes to fix my a/c that never worked in over a year....and it only costed me less than $50!!!!!! Yes What a great moment that was. Everyone at EXTRA MILE REALLY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY for their customers. I would like to thank everyone at Extra Mile Car Care Center for all of their services.

I have had 2 cars that I took to Extra Mile Car Care for car repairs and was told by other shops that it would cost hundreds and hundreds of more dollars then what it cost me at extra mile! When they say they go the EXTRA MILE FOR YOU, they really go the extra mile! They can do everything for an oil change to rebuild motors! If they can't do it, it can't be done! Thomas (the owner) is a very up front guy and also willing to help and go out his way to fix your car along with Marc (the manager)! the service is quick and honest! If something else is needed to be done beside what you brought it in for, they call you and ask you if you want it done and tell you how much more it will be! Most shops will just do the repairs and tell you your amount when you go to pick up your car. I love the honesty, & respect I get from EXTRA MILE CAR CARE! If I had a say so on where to take your car to, it would be Extra Mile Car Care!! I love you guys!!! Keep up going the extra mile!!!!!!

Extra Mile Car Care does "excellent" work and they are "honest". I had a problem with the exhaust system on my 2000 Toyota Corolla and they promptly diagnosed the problem and made the repair for less than $50.00. Before going to Extra Mile Car Care, I went to Meineke because they had replaced my catalytic converter three months prior [Note: I priced the catalytic converter repair with Midas before having the work done by Meineke]. However, when Meineke diagnosed the problem with the exhaust system on my 2000 Toyota Corolla, they told me that I had a 2nd converter on my car that needed to be replaced, and gave me a "printed" estimate for the repair. The estimated cost, including part (Direct Fit Converter), labor (R&R Direct Fit Manifold Catalytic Converter and Down Pipe), shop supplies, and taxes was $794.64. I left and immediately called the Toyota dealership and asked how many catalytic converters did I have on my car and was told that I had only "one" catalytic converter. I will never go back to Meineke. If you want excellent work done on your car or truck by someone who is honest, take it to Extra Mile Car Care.

I have a 97 Nissan Sentra and my car was having isses cranking and was going to cost me over $200.00, but Extra Mile Car Care fixed it for less than $100!! Plus it corrected another issue I was having too...Thanks guys I really appreciate your work!

this is a freakin awesome place. they have amazing service they are quick and they do it right . they are very friendly and they have amazing prices. i would tell everyone to go see thomas and marc at extra mile car care in baker.
