Hollywood Nails Salon

I do my own nails at home but because I have a newborn I wanted to get them done. First I went there and ask how much they charge for coffin nails and the lady said around $80 plus color extra $13 per color so I was like no especially since I can to my own, then I told her I do my own nails and just want the acrylic with square shape , should have never told her that she got an attitude, I told her how much for just acrylic no Color or anything she said 30+ I said why not $25 she got such an attitude, but remain calm , she did my nails no color or anything liked I'd ask but she rushed me out my seat and told me to wash my hands and didn't even show me were the sink was at , and when I finished washing my hands no paper towels I ask can I get a paper towels she gave me an attitude again , I remain calm and paid her $30 Which I personally think is a lot with no color design or even a clear coat , she didn't even put cuticle oil , after paying her she Blu me off and went to next customer with out saying thank you or have a good day , so I just yelled to her on purpose have a good day and she rolled her eyes at me . As a person who does nails not only on my self customer service is a big key point , I will never go again ever!!!! If she charged me $40 but had great customer service I wouldn't mind but with that attitude no I would never recommend this shop!!!! PS she didn't even shape them right , I went home and fix them and design them , I wish I would of done them myself, waist of money and time.

Worst manicure I ever had, I had to leave the shop, go home and shape my own nails. Who charges $10.00 to add designs to an11yr olds manicure? Will never go here again .

I got my nails today. And they did some what good but the nail polish is on my skin. And the nail polish is too light.

I get my nails done there every two weeks and very rarely do I ever ahve a problem with them.. On the couple occasions that maybe I wasn't happy with something, they fixed it when I asked without any attitude at all. I love the way they do my nails! Their spa pedicures are the best!

Worst nail salon ever! My nails were ruined after they attempted to do a no chip manicure. I walked out in the middle of it because it looked like a 2 ear old painted my ails. Every nail was filed unevenly. I would NEVER go back. On top of the awful manicure, the staff was rude.
