Great Cut & Color Hair Salon

Wow. i never was disrespected at a hair salon before. I was a loyal customer for this salon. it was conveinent for me when I stated going here. After 4 visits to this salon i realized that they do not speak english but I thought they were friendly and respectful. Last month I called and schedule apptointment with hairdresser Eli. After arriving for apporintment on time i watched customers come in and go before me. I assumed they were family members or someone that she knows. I waiting almost 1 hour and 30 minutes until i was called to get my haircut. Next appointment I came in on time was told she was very sorry but I needed to come back in 30minutes. I agreed. After 30 minutes she did not inform me that she was not able to take me yet. I sat waiting 1 hour 40 minutes waiting and finally I went to her stand and asked her if she was going to be cutting my hair and she stated that i needed to waiti another 15 minutes. I told her she was very unprofessional and I left the salon. I need to know why I was treated this way. I have been a very loyal customer and this is illegal. someone please advise me what to do.

This salon has a "Great Clips" sign over the door, but goes by a different name. The person who cut my hair did the worst job I've ever had. I clearly stated that I wanted him to leave 1 1/2 inches on the sides/back (I told him 3 times), but after the first cut with the clippers, I could see that it was all over. He left maybe 1/4 inch. I was so mad, I started sweating in the chair, trying to keep my cool. Took him 45 minutes to cut my hair (usually takes 15-20 minutes) and I have to have my girlfriend fix the back, because he chopped up the fade. The only way he communicated to me was through the phrase "Es okay?" Very very very disappointed!
