For the love of God, don't ever live here. Yes, roaches are a BIG problem. When I moved in, they were living in my oven. It took 3 months and a new oven to get rid of them. And even though I keep my place extremely clean, I still get a few from time to time. (Worst though is the sidewalks during summer evenings... there's so many of them you just can't avoid them ending up under or on your feet.) This is not necessarily management's fault, it’s just too many people living on top of one another and some of them living like pigs.



Yes, parking is also a big problem. I wasn't too concerned about having to park far away and walk back to my apartment (except for when trying to carry groceries), until a woman was attacked outside my apartment. If you're a woman and still want to live here after this review, invest in pepper spray. These issues are also not management's fault, though I do think they should have sent out a notice after the attack warning the residents that this sick individual is probably their next door neighbor.



What is management’s fault is the utter and complete lack of communication and customer service skills and their terrible maintenance team. They are absolutely horrible. Nothing is fixed the first time around, if at all. Office staff won't respond to your emails or calls. I have been waiting since August for damaged interior walls in my apartment (due to the hurricane) to be fixed. I have given up on the onsite staff and asked to speak to a manager, who told me 3 weeks ago she would call me back. I've tried a number of times to contact her, but I get no response.



Please just learn from my mistake, and don't ever live here!
