ACHA is mismanaged, corrupt and self serving. The inexperienced management team, allows tenants to blast loud music at all hours, throw garbage in front of the various buildings and completely and disrespectfully ignores tenant complaints. The management never fixes anything and there are broken windows and fire hazards all over this complex. I made a noise complaint, after trying to no avail to ask my neighbors to turn down. For three months I complained in writing about the loud, thumping bass music coming from the neighbors downstairs. Instead of believing me, the landlord, with zero evidence, told me my medical condition was making me hear noises! She did nothing to help me and did not follow landlord tenant law regarding this issue. This place makes Acorn look reputable. The managers are liars, schemers and inexperienced! STAY AWAY!
