Lillie Carroll Jackson Museum

Seriously, who owns the property on 1320 Eutaw place? There has been an alarm going off for 16 1/2 hours. It is disturbing the entire neighborhood. This museum is never open, I can't get anyone on the phone at the museum and the mailbox is full. Clearly the owners do not care about their own museum or the neighborhood. Come take care of your property and turn the alarm off!!!
