We were looking for a car for our daughter, and Sam H. greeted us and worked with us from beginning to end and explained to us step by step the process and was extremely pleasant the entire time. We walked out of there with a Nissan Sentra 2013 and that same day recommended Offlease to one of our friends. Thank you Sam for everything.

No muss no fuss! In and out with no hassles or pressure. Very helpful staff. I found a car I liked, took it for a test drive and off site for a prepurchase inspection, completed all the paperwork for the credit app etc and was out in a few hours. They even drove me to drop off my rental and put some gas in the tank!

Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite. They were not pushy at all. They are very busy so you have to wait to see the finance person however they continue to communicate thru out the process by txt to let u know how much longer. Ferris did a great job answering our questions and explaining every step throughout the process.

We called the day before we were going to see the car to let him know we would be at the lot in the morning. It was easy to work with the friendly & helpful staff. I am beyond satisfied with the purchase of a vehicle today! Sam Hackett was our salesperson and he did a fabulous job, he was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. I went in knowing the exact car I wanted to look at and when I got there I never felt pressured to just look at the one car.
