        I used Kevin 7 years ago when I was purchasing my Co-op in the Bronx. A friend of mine recommended him when she used him for her own co op purchase. Mr. Watson is professional, great communicator, organized with his paperwork and he followed up with the entire process. He never had me guessing what was going on. He notified me what he was doing and what the next steps were. I recommended Mr. Watson and his fees were reasonable and fair. He cares about his client's well being and success
