        Worst experience with a vendor other than they called back...and now I know why. Prices parts at 200-300% mark up! Technician mis-diagnosed the problem. Charges $60 for diagnosis on known issues. Bill for a new outside (freeze proof) water spigot was $250+....Outrageous!
