Tanfastic Tanning Spa

I've been tanning here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super nice, although sometimes the young new girls are a bit uneducated about the beds and bulbs.

The pricing is good if you like to tan by the minute. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think the bulbs should be changed more often (and the beds vacuumed out so the dust bunnies don't block the bulbs) so I have to go longer, thus using up more minutes.

All said, it's a good salon at fair prices.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. No one there has ever been particularly professional, but its to be expected. I had been tanning at this facility over a year without any problems, however that has all changed. The first issue occurred about a month ago when I went in for a normal tanning experience. I asked to be put in a standard bed for 6 min(very fair skin). As time went on in the bed it quickly came to my realization that I had been in for more than 6 min. I got out of the bed and redressed and the bed was still on. When I got to the counter the front desk woman said "I dont have any idea what happened" and sent me with a tiny cup of aloe for my burn... Come to find out, I had been put in for 20 min!! The problem was handled pretty respectfully, so I left it at that. A couple of weeks later I went in to tan and asked for 6min again. As I tanned it seemed like I was there longer than 6min, but right around the time I started to suspect anything was up, the bed shut off. As the night progressed, my face showed a burn. I went in 2 days later and found out they had put me in 2min longer than I had asked. When I spoke with the owner, she told me she didnt specifically remember how long I had asked her to put me in for, but it must have been my mistake. They questioned how badly I was burnt (sarcastically and doubtingly)! She then proceeded to involve another customer into the conflict. These people cannot be trusted, they hassle you to go in for more time, cheat you out of minutes, and then they conveniently cannot recall what happened. If you value your safety and appearance I would seriously consider a different tanner.
