Genisys Credit Union

I had an unauthorized transaction on my account for $ 11,478.13 and have been trying to work with both the Eagan office and MI main office to get it resolved. I have been a member with Genisys for about 20 years and had my share of issues with them but I thought all was going to be better now that Bruce is gone but now things just got worse. I am working with FDIC to get my money back but they are telling me there is a lapse in there insurance. Do yourself a favor and go some where else!

The staff always greets you with a smile and is happy to help with all of your financial needs. The experience and care is exceptional and the rates beat anyone around!

I have banked with this credit union for years and went to deposit a check that they intentionally put a hold on for more than the alloted amount of time. I have never had any bad checka in the past. I feel like i was being discriminated against and i will be taking my business elsewhere.

This the worst credit union in the world I beg you don't do business with them. In 4 years I never missed a payment or was late on my accounts they still closed them. The VP is rude and a Liar Ron and Peggy in the collection department are horrible people. How I was ever connected with them and I had perfect payment history is mind blowing. If you want a dishonest credit union with horrible customer service Genisys is the place for you
