Provided by SuperpagesI bought a 2013 Accord ex about a month ago and I have an issue with an accssory that is not working as it is shown on the Honda website. After 5 messages over three weeks my sales person finally returned my call to have this issue looked at. I watied two hours at the dealership for a SCHEDULED appointment for them to tell me there is nothing they can do and it is working properly. I disagree, and do not want something that is not noticable. They expected my to pay for labor...I think not. Management clearly does not care about customer service and they are only interested in the sale. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
