The wait time is out of this world! 10 mins for an order of fries to many ppl on duty with beyond slow service! Won't be back!

I used to be a fan at this place back in the days (the 80's) that's when this place rocked, but through the years this place really fell off, the food in this place is horrible, greasy, greasy, greasy and salty, mean managers that don't smile, very rude.

the arcade part of nathans called smiles arcade was ok when I went there with my kids back in 2010/11. the games, yes are way to old, broken, steals your coins and need a serious overhaul. guys walking around in red shirts exchanging dollars for coins, Ray the guy who worked there was polite, happy and way cool with my kids with a great smile, thats what I'm talking about, treated us with respect, they need to hire more people like him, too bad he's not working there no more.

the rest of the other workers were very rude, never smiled with attitude.
