IHOP

As I was waiting for Barnes &Noble to open I decided to go to Ihop to eat breakfast, but I was so appalled and disrespected by the manner this receptionist treated me , So unfriendly and ill mannered ! I dont think ihop conducts customer service training at all ! I will never recommend this place to my friends and relatives , ever!

This morning I went in for breakfast at 9:30 am. The sign on the door says they open at 7am but yet the door was locked. However, we saw the place had people and workers inside. With "sign language" we asked other customers to open the door for us. We imagined I hop did not realice the door was locked. Once inside, as the hostess seats us, we asked her if she knows the doors are locked. She said "I know". If this is how you welcome people...and you just opened in this area...this is not going to go well. The food: took a long time and when it finally gets to the table it is not what we ordered.
